Michael Hodges
Biography
Michael Hodges was born in 1955. He is married with five daughters and lives in Hertfordshire.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Michael Hodges is passionate about the creation of new homes that work for people in the 21st century. He is also dedicated to the restoration of old buildings which have more to give. Michael’s companies Broadway Heritage Plc and Hill Farm Securities Plc focus on development and construction and share a common focus on the creation of ‘Beautiful homes in stunning locations’.
Michael’s skills in restoration have also been put to good use as a non-executive director at the Grade 1 Listed Moggerhanger House in Bedfordshire, a £7m restoration; and the Grade 1 Listed St. Martin in the Fields in Trafalgar Square, London which has been restored at a cost of £37m.
Current Responsibilities
Current responsibilities include Directorships of his own residential property development company Broadway Heritage Plc and his own construction company Hill Farm Secruities Plc (www.hillfarmsecurities.com). Voluntary appointments include Directorships of Aldwickbury School (www.aldwickbury.org.uk) and St. Martin in the Fields Buildings Renewal Project Ltd. (www.stmartin-in-the-fields.org).
